Ναι, γενικά προσπαθώ ό,τι κάνω να το κάνω σωστά, κι αν δεν αντέχω, απλά μειώνω τις επαναλήψεις (π.χ. σε μία συγκεκριμένη άσκηση στο τρίτο σετ αντί για 15 σταμάτησα στα 10 γιατί πέθανα). Το πιάσιμο που έφαγα σήμερα δεν το έχω ξαναπάθει, θα πάω κι αύριο όμως.
