φτιάξε ένα txt file και μετονόμασέ το με ακριβώς το ίδιο όνομα και κατάληξη (οχι asdf.txt αλλά asdf.flv ας πούμε). Copy/Paste στο φάκελο με το προβληματικό αρχείο. Αν σου ζητήσει αντικατάσταση, πες ναι. Μετά μάλλον θα μπορείς να το σβήσεις.

Βάζεις το νέο Memory card και μετά από τα system settings --> Format Memory Card ή κάπως έτσι.
