Πρακτικα αυτό που καταλαβαίνω είναι πως έχουν 2 μαύρες λίστες με τορρεντοσαιτ κτλ. Στη 1η που είναι τα domestic domains κάνουν τις δικαστικές ματσακωνιές τους. Στη 2η λίστα, που αναφέρεται και το quote σου, είναι και τα non-domestic sites και έχει την δυνατότητα ο Attorney General να αναγκάσει τους αμερικάνικους ISP να μην τα "μεταδίδουν" στους συνδρομητές τους.

Φαντάσου σαν να κόβεις το σήμα με το που φτάνεις στα σύνορα Πρακτικά είναι στεγνό censorship και δεν ξέρω κατα πόσο μπορεί να περάσει.
