Πόσο απέχουν οι Plasmatics από τους Absu και πόσο οι Vice Human από τους Sabbat (Jpn); Τί ενώνει αυτές τις μπάντες και τί τις χωρίζει; Σε αυτήν τη συλλογή μπήκαν μόνον μπάντες και τραγούδια με πάθος από διάφορες σκηνές του metal στερεώματος για να τονισθεί ακριβώς το γεγονός ότι το καλύτερο metal είναι το φλεγόμενο metal.
