It's a commercial from Argentina. It is not a Russian camera show. Go to 0:18 and stop. Notice the color of the taxi an the background. Now do a google search and type in "Argentina taxi picture" You have a match!! Now type in "Russia taxi picture" You do not have a match! Plus, Argentina is filled with many races of people verses the one race in Russia. Notice the different shades of people involved in the video. Now do a google search and type in "Argentina taxi picture" You have a match!! Now type in "Russia taxi picture" You do not have a match! Plus, Argentina is filled with many races of people verses the one race in Russia. Notice the different shades of people involved in the video.
