αντί για κιμά μίγμα ζυμαριού ολικής με ελαφρώς βρασμένους σπόρους καμιά δεκαριά δημητριακών, κρεμυδάκ, μαϊντανό, καροτάκι ψιλοκομένο, μπαχαρικά, κλπ και μετά τηγάνι ή ψητό στο φούρνο.
