Ο Bjorkk έχει αρκετά projects και συμμετοχές, αλλά εγώ μπορώ να μιλήσω μόνο για τις δουλειές του ως Henrik Nordvargr Bjorkk.τι λέει τουτος εδω?
Συγκεκριμένα το Sleep Therapy είναι ένα project που αποτελείται από 8 cds.
Η μουσική είναι μια μίξη ambient/drone ήχων στους οποίους έχουν προστεθεί EVP ηχογραφήσεις και Theta / Delta συχνότητες, με αποτέλεσμα (τουλάχιστον η πρόθεση είναι) η συμπεριφορά / κατάσταση του εγκεφάλου του ακροατή να μεταβληθεί (''Therapy'') ακούγοντας τις συγκεκριμένες ηχογραφήσεις κατά τη διάρκεια του ύπνου.
Τα 7 πρώτα albums έχουν πάρει το όνομά τους από τις ημέρες της εβδομάδας και το τελευταίο έχει τίτλο "Sleep Therapy Treatment 8 - The final rest Death - Enter dreamless sleep".
Αν θες βέβαια κάτι πιο αφομοιώσιμο και σύντομο σε διάρκεια, τσέκαρε το τελευταίο του album, Vitagen.
