    Πιστεύω ότι θα με ακολουθούν ως το τέλος της δημοσιογραφικής μου καριέρας, οι εικόνες που έζησα στην Πάτρα, στο παιχνίδι Παναχαϊκή-Παναθηναϊκός 1-0 (με γκολ του Κατσουράνη), με διαιτητή τον περίφημο Τσαγκαράκη. Στο 25ο λεπτό, με την Παναχαϊκή να μην έχει περάσει την σέντρα, ο περιβόητος ρέφερι έχει δείξει έξι κίτρινες κάρτες στους παίκτες του Παναθηναϊκού, με αποκορύφωμα την κάρτα στον Βαζέχα, τον οποίο όλοι είδαμε να βουρκώνει και να τρέμει από τα νεύρα του. Όσοι το έζησαν από κοντά, καταλαβαίνουν καλύτερα…
