κι εγώ χτες τσιμπου. μετά το βίδεο του τύπου είδα την αλήθεια στις ζύμες. βγαίνει πολύ πρέζα και σκέψου χρησιμοποιώ κάτι αλεύρια ζέας και σίκαλης που δεν δουλεύονται εύκολα.

Σήμερα μπορώ να πω πως σε ό,τι αφορά το φαγητό στην Β. Ελλάδα πέρασα από την εφηβεία στην ενηλικίωση έπειτα από επίσκεψη στην ταβέρνα του Σόγαμπρου στον Ταξιάρχη Χαλκιδικής.
Ποιότητα τοπ, ζαρζαβατικά και ότι σχετίζεται με τη γη απ' τον μπαχτσέ, κρέατα στο όριο του φρούτου.
Τιμές ξεφτίλα. 1 μπουγιουρντί, 1 πατάτες, 1 μελιτζάνα στα κάρβουνα, 1 χωριάτικη, 1 τζατζίκι, 2 μπιφτέκια, 35 ευρώ.
Στο τέλος κερνά καφέ/λουκούμι.
Υπέροχο το μέρος.
Όσοι έχετε πάει, γνωρίζετε, όσοι δεν έχετε τύχει, να πάτε.

Αν μέσα στα 35 είναι και 3-4 μπύρες είναι οκ το "ξεφτίλα", αλλιώς μου φαίνονται οι στάνταρ τιμές για οποιαδήποτε ταβέρνα (8 το μπιφτέκι, 3 τζατζίκι μελιτζάνα πατάτες, 5 το μπουγιουρντί και 5 η χωριάτικη; )
Όπα ναι, και ένα κρασί (750 ml).
Βασικά ξέχασα επίσης να πω πως επρόκειτο για μερίδες μεγάλες (ούτε μέτριες ούτε "προς το μεγάλες").
