^Over the past year or so, Mastodon guitarist/vocalist Brent Hinds has discussed his plans for a new ‘solo’ album titled “Cold Dark Place“. Originally it was planned to be combined with what became their latest release “Emperor Of Sand” and issued as a double album. Of course, that didn’t happen.
I wrote some pretty dark, beautiful, spooky, funky, ethereal, melancholy music, which also sounds like the Bee Gees a little bit.
