Γενικά δε διαφωνώ καθόλου ότι το σαλονικιώτικο πιτόγυρο είναι μεγαλύτερο σε μέγεθος από το μέσο όρο του Αθηναϊκού, αλλά το ότι παίρνεις σα μέτρο σύγκρισης τον Μπαϊρακτάρη δείχνει ΘΕΣΣΑΛΟΝΙΚΗ = ΚΟΜΠΛΕΞ
