IDW Entertainment has partnered with Ideate Media to produce a TV version of Douglas Adams’ pair of Dirk Gently books, Dirk Gently’s Holistic Detective Agency and The Long Dark Tea-Time of the Soul. Max Landis, who shot into position as “that guy whom everyone wants to write their movies” after Chronicle, will write the pilot and executive produce.
