It's a commercial from Argentina. It is not a Russian camera show. Go to 0:18 and stop. Notice the color of the taxi an the background. Now do a google search and type in "Argentina taxi picture" You have a match!! Now type in "Russia taxi picture" You do not have a match! Plus, Argentina is filled with many races of people verses the one race in Russia. Notice the different shades of people involved in the video. Also, type in "russian post box video is a fake" and read description & comments

Now do a google search and type in "Argentina taxi picture" You have a match!! Now type in "Russia taxi picture" You do not have a match!
