A Cleveland Ohio born child being in the music scene from the 70s performing live with his back then band Serpent.
After participating in a couple of other bands and developing his psychedelic guitar skills he decided to move forward to a solo career and after been noticed by Delerium records he managed to produce his debut release "From the Heart of Oblivion" in 1991.
Following the aforementioned , his first LP "Freak Element" put him in the map of psychedelic rock scene of our era.
His most famous year to date recording "Cloak of Immortality" was released in 1995.
In 1996 he forms his band called Nick Riff's Freak Element.
After a few years spent in the backround he launches his own label Riffdisc which is going to be his vessel from now own for his unreleashed material & new releases including 2006 Magick Museum,2008 The World's Alive,2009 Photon Shift,2011 The Universe Is Mental & 2012 Escape Velocity.
