Δεν είχα σκοπό να το αναφέρω, μια που λέγαμε για metal albums, αλλά μια που το έγραψε ο paul... ΝΑΙ, αυτό το album γαμάει με περισσή άνεση όλα τα άλλα που έχουν κυκλοφορήσει φέτος μαζί....

The Nerd, οχι και μουφα το Monolithic Baby. Oι MM εχουν ξεφυγει πολλα χρονια απο το στυλ του παρελθοντος (ειτε γιατι εκοψαν τα ψυχεδελικα ειτε γιατι ειναι πια, μεγαλη απο ολες τις αποψεις μπαντα και παιζουν σε μεγαλυτερα ακροατηρια, οπου ενα 8λεπτο spine of god που να μιλαει για rehabilitation δεν θα ηταν και τοσο αποδεκτο) και απο το Powertrip και μετα, απλα γραφουν σπουδαιους hard rock δισκους. (ΟΚ, το God Says No και μενα δεν με ξετρελλανε). Αλλα το Monolithic Baby, εχει κομματαρες μεσα και φανηκε και στα 2 live αυτο.

Το καλυτερο τους; Σιγουρα οχι. Πρεπει να κοιταξουμε καπου μεταξυ spine of god, superjudge & dopes to infinity για αυτο. Αλλα μουφα? Σε καμια περιπτωση.

Όντως. Κάθε φορά που τον ακούω μου αρέσει περισσότερο. Εντάξει, δεν συγκρίνεται με το Be, ας πούμε, αλλά είναι μια από τις καλύτερες κυκλοφορίες που έχω ακούσει φέτος.

Και πολύ ανώτερο από το Rebirth. Μάλλον το μοναδικό Angra που "χτυπάει" στα ίσα το Holy Land.
