WINDS, the Norwegian band featuring Carl August Tideman (ARCTURUS, TRITONUS), Jan Axel Blomberg (MAYHEM, ARCTURUS), Lars Eric Si and Andy Winter, have completed work on their new album, "The Imaginary Direction of Time", due in late April through The End Records.

Recorded at Toproom and Fagerborg studios in Norway and mixed at The Factory in Vancouver, "The Imaginary Direction of Time" is being described by the band as "the most complete and diverse album they have ever worked on," while Carl also adds thatit features the most challenging guitar work that he has ever put on a record so far. Artwork for this highly anticipated release is provided by Travis Smith.

Από όσο έχω ακούσει συμφωνόπληκτράτο metal, κάτι σαν πιο μαζεμένοι Arcturus του Aspera (χωρίς τα black μέρη)... Το album που έχω ακούσει δεν είναι κάτι το εντυπωσιακό, ειδικά αν σκεφτεί ποιοι συμμετέχουν... Ελπίζω το καινούριο να είναι καλύτερο, για να ξανακούσουμε και τον Tidemann που έχει χαθεί τον τελευταίο καιρό...

Και κάτι άλλο (και συγνώμη που ξεφεύγω από το θέμα), αλλά έχει ακούσει κανείς το album που είχε βγάλει το '94 ο Tidemann με τους Tritonus?

Έχουν βγάλει το Shadowland... Η αλήθεια είναι ότι δεν πρόσεξαν αν πρόκειται για album ή demo... Οπότε μπορεί να μιλάμε και για την ίδια κυκλοφορία... Επίσης κυκλοφόρησε και ένα solo ο Tidemann, το Stylistic Changes (το '96)...
